The Online Advantage Sales Order Entry module enables an integrated approach to all aspects of order entry, customer order processing, inventory calculations, invoicing and customer or order enquiries.

This module (including Invoicing) provides concise information for forward orders and integrates with the Inventory and Accounts Receivable modules. Functions
Customer quotes - can be printed in hard copy as well as faxed or emailed directly to the chosen recipient. Fax number and email lookup facilities, and pre-stored cover sheet/message retrieval make it all very quick and simple
Customer orders - can be created by converting a quote into an order or by copying an existing order and adjusting any of the details as required
Order confirmations - can be printed in hard copy as well as faxed or emailed directly to the chosen recipient
Transfer orders - allow another branch or warehouse to place internal stock replenishment orders. These transfer orders can be priced with a preset "internal" transfer cost/price list or via the cost mark-up/margin facility
Order forms - is a standard facility that allows for the creation and use of redefined order forms that contain a set list of products and include such features as minimum order quantities, mandatory product purchases and "special" nett pricing
Outstanding order reporting – by Customer, Order, Product, Month Due and much more
Order Enquiries - by Customer Order Number, Consignment Note Number, Order Number, Customer, Delivery Area and Delivery Address
Credit Note processing – with credit creation from Invoice and Pickup Advice printing
